Founded in 2004, the Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards program is now in its 11th consecutive year, and seeks to recognize companies and individuals that have pushed the boundaries of excellence - rising above the competition and demonstrating outstanding performance across Asia Pacific.

Selection Process

Frost & Sullivan follows a rigorous measurement based methodology to select the recipients in each category.
The following measurement parameters will be used in conducting the detailed study of each nominated company based on actual market performance indicators.
Some variations on specific measurements may apply to certain categories. Base year for benchmarking study is financial year 2013.

• Market share in specific category and growth in market share
• Demonstrated leadership in new product introduction and innovation
• Breadth of products and solutions
• Major customer acquisitions
• Business/market strategy

Nominations are not required. Nominations are made by Frost & Sullivan's analyst team following a rigorous measurement based methodology via selection within the Asia Pacific's ICT industry for each award category. If you would like to ensure if your company has been nominated, please contact us for more information

The nominees will be evaluated based on actual market performance indicators (measurements) such as revenue growth, market share in specific category and growth in market share; demonstrated leadership in new product introduction and innovation; breadth of products and solutions, and major customer acquisitions.

In 2013, the Awards saw both global as well as emerging companies claiming coveted titles offered within four distinct categories – enterprise vendors, telecom vendors, service providers and the best of the best. To view this year's categories, please see the Award Categories page.
